Who bills me?
ApologeticTok.com is part of a network of sites run by the same team. When you pay on apologetictok.com, the payment goes through Names.com's account with Stripe, the card processor we use. That is why Names.com appears on the payment page.
You're still buying from apologetictok.com. Its prices, its refund rules and its support stay exactly the same.
Your card statement will show: Names.com - AZ.ai.
Why does it say Names.com and AZ.ai?
ApologeticTok.com, Names.com and AZ.ai are run by the same team. One payment account handles our sites, so Names.com is the seller name on the payment page and Names.com - AZ.ai is the line on your statement.
What will my statement show?
Names.com - AZ.ai. Some banks shorten it or add a phone number or city. The amount and the date match the receipt for your purchase on apologetictok.com.
Who do I contact about a charge?
Use the contact form at apologetictok.com/contact and choose Billing. Tell us the date and the amount. If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before your bank: we answer fast and we fix mistakes.
How do refunds work?
A sponsorship can be refunded in full until it starts showing on the site. Memberships can be cancelled any time from your receipt email. Wrong or double charges are always refunded. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. The full terms are at apologetictok.com/terms.
